Emapanada Ingredients: 

2 Cups Meseca (dehydrated corn flour)

1/2 cup of wheat flour

1 cup of lukewarm water

1/2 tablespoon if baking soda

salt to taste

cheese

parchment paper

TAMALES CON AMIGAS

Tamale Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs masa de tamales

2 chicken bouillon cubes

1 cup water

Banana leaves

Cheese (or other fillings)

 

You will also need:

Large sized bowl

Large sized pot

Mixing spoon

Steamer

Salsa Ingredients:
2 – 4 chipotle chiles
2 cloves of garlic
2 tomatoes
1/2 of an onion
1 cup water
1 big pinch pinch of oregano
Salt to taste

 

Tortilla Ingredients:
Masa de tortillas
Corn flour (maseca)
Water
Oil or manteca
Salt to taste

 

You will also need:
Medium sized pot
Medium sized thin pan
Blender or mortar and pestle
